Web Control: Air Tensioned Web
Our Air Tensioned Web Spreader is designed to minimize or eliminate many of the web related issues when running today's difficult films.
The new air tensioned web spreader works with pressurized nips creating a spreading effect across the width of the film.
The pressure rollers are adjustable for virtually any web width and it is designed to fit in prior to any nip in-feed
Perfect for film processing that needs intermediate web spreading, including:

Web Control: Web Tracking Guide
Our web tracking guide allows for flattening of any film, while providing an edge guiding function. This system basically steers the film, using ultrasonic edge sensor detection and a proportional electronic valve.
This system can be easily customized to fit any application.
Set-up is made easy with the high resolution Color Graphics Display with both functional buttons and a touchscreen with a simple design.
