Eliminating the static generated in a flexible packaging or bag production line, is essential to achieving optimal productivity. Unwanted electrostatic charges can cause a number of costly process, quality or safety issues; material jams, clogs, mis-feeds, poor stacking, reduced transport speeds, shock to operators, etc.

Our line of static eliminator bars are, linear air ionizers, that generate a dense field of positive & negatively charged air ions. Exposing materials to this field efficiently neutralizes electrostatic charges that can cause many of the issues described previously.

We have anti-static bars in both round and rectangular shapes in various lengths to match most equipment requirements.
