Overview:

AMD100-SI-ZX is an automatic spout inserting machine developed by Zhoutai, which completes production by adding a spout to the open position of flexible packaging. It supports a wide range of pouch types, including three side seal and stand-up pouches.

Cylinder heat-sealing system for flexible sealing with adjustable time and pressure
High-precision servo system with vacuum belt bag holding for accurate positioning
In-machine corner cutting ensures uniform bag angles
Spout preheating function
Adjustable sealing and cooling positions with easy mold replacement
Integration with filling machines reduces contamination and labor costs
PID temperature control (±1.5°C accuracy)
Detection & alarm system (missing spout, bag, temperature issues)
