Overview:

AMD100-SI-ZX is an automatic spout inserting machine developed by Zhoutai, which completes production by adding a spout to the open position of flexible packaging. It supports a wide range of pouch types, including three side seal and stand-up pouches.

Features:

Cylinder heat-sealing system for flexible sealing, protecting packaging materials; sealing time and pressure can be independently adjusted
High-precision servo system with vacuum belt bag holding ensures accurate positioning and consistent product appearance
In-machine corner cutting ensures uniform bag angles
Spout preheating function
Independently adjustable sealing and cooling positions; sealing molds allow parallel and vertical adjustment and are easy to replace
Can be directly integrated with filling machines, reducing contamination and labor costs
PID temperature control (±1.5°C accuracy)
Multiple detection and alarm functions (missing spout, missing bag, temperature abnormality) to prevent batch quality issues
