We are pleased to announce that Shanghai Zhoutai Light Industry Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Zhoutai) has completed its merger with Modern Manufacturing Inc, and has officially established a new entity – Modern Zhoutai Services Inc. This merger became effective on September 24, 2025.

Leveraging Modern Manufacturing's 17 years of leading position in customized flexible packaging equipment, and Zhoutai's extensive experience in design, R&D, manufacturing, and global service in the packaging industry since 1992, this merger will integrate the strengths of both parties, significantly enhancing our global market presence and technical service capabilities.

Following the merger, we will be able to offer our customers a broader product line and specialized technologies, including new flat-bottom bags, Innolock, and automated fitment machines. All existing Modern equipment will continue to be manufactured at our factory in Farmington, New York, USA.
